Shipping

All items are sent second class / International Economy. If you require quicker shipping, message us before buying. You will be required to pay more postage for quicker shipping. Please don’t buy and then message us for quicker shipping you’ll need to message us before purchasing. All our items are sent untracked due to the cost, if you want your item sent tracked, message us before buying you’ll be required to pay more postage. 

Please note that shipping may take longer than normal at the moment due to the pandemic/lockdown. Please be patient for your item and if you have any concerns contact us. We are not responsible for how long royal mail/your mail delivery service take to deliver your item. Once it has been sent it is out of our hands. 

If you realise you have purchased the wrong size/colour or design contact us as soon as possible. We tend to send orders the next working day so if your item has already been sent then you will be required to return it to us at your own cost before receiving a refund or exchange.

If you realise you have entered the incorrect address please contact us as soon as possible. We will not be able to do anything if the item has already been sent off. We do try to check addresses for any errors but we may not always notice (especially with International address which we are unfamiliar with)

If your parcel goes missing because you entered the incorrect address it should be returned to us but if it doesn’t there may be nothing we can do and we will not be able to refund or re-send. Please double check you have the correct address when purchasing. 

 

Cancelling An Order

If you want to cancel an order for any reason please message me as soon as you can. Unfortunately if your item has already been made or postage has already been paid I will be unable to cancel your order (orders and made and postage is paid same day of purchase). If I am unable to cancel your order you’ll have to wait for your item to arrive and then message me for a return/refund. You will have to pay the postage costs to send the item back to me.
