When Will My Order Be Shipped?

The android model i have isn't listed, is it possible to get a case?

Yes, we can do majority of android models, however if your phone model isnt listed this will be considered a custom case and will come at an extra cost of £3, there will also be a delay to dispatch of around 3-5 working days to allow us to get the android model in.We can put any design on your custom case as the design is added by us before shipping. Use the contact us form to enquire about a custom android case.

 

Do You Accept Exchanges/Returns?

Yes, as long as the item is unused and it is within 30 days of receiving your item. We do not accept returns on personalised or custom items. If you have changed your mind on an item, or it didn't arrive in time you will be required to pay the postage cost to send it back. Only the item amount will be refunded not the postage.

 

I Made A Mistake With My Order/My Address How Do I Amend It?

There is a very quick turn around time on orders so please email ASAP if you realise you have made a mistake and we will do our best to reply.

 

Do You Ship Worldwide?

Yes, we ship to most countries expect the EU and Northern Ireland due to new rules. If you cannot checkout, please get in contact so we can add the country you are looking to buy from.

 

How Long Is Delivery?

Delivery to the UK is around 3-4 working days. Delivery to the rest of the word is around 2 weeks. please note these are estimations and there could be shipping delays which we cannot control.

 

Do You Do Custom Cases?

Yes, we have custom photo cases available. Alternatively if there is another custom design you want just get in contact via the 'Contact Us' page.

 

Will My case Work With Contactless/Wireless Charging?

Cases do not work with wireless charging. iPhone cases work with contactless, android cases do not however, the cases are easy to get on and off so you can easily charge/use contactless without the case.

 

I Can't See My Android Model Listed, Can You Add It?

Yes, we are always looking to add more android models. Get in contact via the 'Contact Us' page and we will be happy to add it.

 

 

How Do I Know What Phone Model I Have?

On iPhone, go to settings - General - About - Model Name. For android if you go to settings there should be an option to see your model. If you're unsure get in contact via the 'Contact Us' page and I may be able to help.

 

Can I Get A Discount For Ordering Multiple Items?

Yes, If you're ordering more than 5 items please get in contact and we will be more than happy to offer a slight discount.
