When Will My Order Be Shipped?
- Orders are normally shipped 1-2 working days after purchase unless there is an announcement on our website stating otherwise.
Do You Accept Exchanges/Returns?
Yes, as long as the item is unused and it is within 30 days of receiving your item. We do not accept returns on personalised or custom items. If you have changed your mind on an item, or it didn't arrive in time you will be required to pay the postage cost to send it back. Only the item amount will be refunded not the postage.
I Made A Mistake With My Order/My Address How Do I Amend It?
There is a very quick turn around time on orders so please email ASAP if you realise you have made a mistake and we will do our best to reply. Unfortunately if we have already sent your item there won't be anything we can do.
Do You Ship Worldwide?
Yes, we ship to every country.
How Long Is Delivery?
Delivery to the UK is around 3-4 working days. Delivery to the rest of the word is around 2 weeks. please note these are estimations and there could be shipping delays due to covid.
Do You Do Custom Cases?
Yes, we have custom photo cases available. Alternatively if there is another custom design you want just get in contact via the 'Contact Us' page.
Will My case Work With Contactless/Wireless Charging?
Cases do not work with wireless charging. iPhone cases work with contactless, android cases do not however, the cases are easy to get on and off so you can easily charge/use contactless without the case.
I Can't See My Android Model Listed, Can You Add It?
Yes, I am always looking to add more android models. Get in contact via the 'Contact Us' page and we will be happy to add it.
Can I Wash My Tote Bag?
Yes, however please ensure to read the care instructions you were given with your bag before doing so. If you did not receive this or have thrown it away then get in contact and we will send you copy.
How Do I Know What Phone Model I Have?
On iPhone, go to settings - General - About - Model Name. For android if you go to settings there should be an option to see your model. If you're unsure get in contact via the 'Contact Us' page and I may be able to help.
Can I Get A Discount For Ordering Multiple Items?
Yes, If you're ordering more than 5 items please get in contact and we will be more than happy to offer a slight discount.
