Please note that whilst our cases are protective we would always recommend using a screen protector and we cannot be held responsible for any damage to your phone whilst using one of our cases.
Also note that any times discussed below are based on UK time (London)
Returns
If your item is faulty or the wrong size you can return to us. You will need to return within 30 days of receiving the package and the item MUST be unused. If the item is returned to us and has clearly been used you will not be allowed a refund and the item will be sent back to you. Please contact us with a description and a photo of the issue and we will give you a return address. Please do not attempt to return the item until you have spoken to us and received a response..
If you have changed your mind about your item then you must return it to us within 30 days of receiving and it must be unused. Any signs of it having been used and you will not be allowed a refund. You must pay for the postage costs to return to us unless your item is wrong/faulty. You must also get proof of postage that shows the postcode or if the item goes missing you will not be protected. We will not refund until the item has been returned back to us and weI have received it. Please note you MUST pay for postage for a returned item and if postage is not paid it will be taken from your refund amount.
